Our biggest sale of the year starts at 6pm AEST on the 23rd of November.
We don't have an exact date the sale will end.
We have lots of end-of-the-line products that will remain on sale until completely sold out and some of our products we have reserved a certain amount dedicated to the BF sale, once this stock is gone that particular product will be removed from the sale.
Please be aware that adding an item to cart does NOT reserve your item.
We aim to have your orders shipped out ASAP but expect there will be slight delays during the sale period due to volume of orders.
Please be aware GFOUR HAT CO. is a one-person show 90% of the time which means I myself (Tiana, owner and founder of GHC) will be packing all of your orders with the assistance of my partner Heath when he is home from his shift on the mines. Please be patient with us - we truly are a small family business!
If you opt for Express Shipping, it's important to understand that this selection won't result in your order being prioritised during the initial dispatch process (pick and pack from our warehouse). However, it will be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, as it will be shipped via express post for faster delivery.
During the sale all other discount and ambassador codes will be disabled.
Yes you can, but please note we won't be offering exchanges during this time - only refunds of the item sale price.
All items must be returned in unused condition and hats MUST be shipped back to us in a box so as they are not squished.
